This awesome craft was found at The Idea Room<\/a> designed by Amy<\/a>.\u00a0 Who I must say makes some cute crafts!\u00a0 She has great ideas for kid projects too.\u00a0 Check her out at The Idea Room<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I did this a little different than Amy, cause a few things didn’t work for me.\u00a0 But check out both ways and decide what works best for you.<\/p>\n

Here’s what you need:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Glass block with a whole in bottom<\/p>\n

Green paint<\/p>\n

Sponge brush<\/p>\n

Mod Podge<\/p>\n

Small set of Christmas lights- Big Lots has a perfect size for $1.50<\/p>\n

Printed Frankenstein silhouette – you can get his at The Idea Room<\/span> by clicking here<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

x-acto knife and scissors<\/p>\n

black sharpie<\/p>\n

Clear enamel spray<\/p>\n

Start by painting a coat of your green paint on the block.<\/p>\n

Let it dry (use your blow-dryer to speed things up)<\/p>\n

Apply a second coat<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

While that is drying cut out your silhouette.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Touch up edges with your black sharpie.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Now mod podge the silhouette to the glass block.\u00a0 Let dry.<\/p>\n

After dry, spray the enamel over top to seal it all.\u00a0 Might want two coats of the enamel.<\/p>\n

Stick the lights in and wait for dark \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
